From Sydney, Blayney is approx. 235K - travelling along the Great Western Highway to Bathurst and then along the Mid Western Highway to Blayney.
Blayney is approx 35 - 40K from both Orange and Bathurst who have air services to Sydney daily with Regional Express (REX) airlines.

Travelling by Road to Blayney:
Travel south on the Mid Western Highway and then onwards to reach Melbourne (Hume Freeway approx 742K or Newell Highway, approx 779K) and Adelaide (Sturt Highway, approx 1174K or Mallee Highway, approx 1139K).
Travel west via Orange and Dubbo to travel onwards to Perth and Western Australia (Eyre Highway, approx 3,738K)

Blayney's railway station is served by the daily Countrylink XPT service between Sydney and Dubbo, as well as several Countrylink Coach and private company bus services connecting with Bathurst and Orange. The weekly Broken Hill Countrylink Outback Xplorer also services the station.
